Create your account, go to “Join”. If you already have an account, go to “Login”.

Place your online order through our website or call our call center.

Order is received and prepared (and our team will always reach out if any questions need to be cleared). Once the dispatcher releases your order, a text message will be sent to your cellphone with a link to track your driver. The link has the GPS coordinates and also your order’s ETA.

The driver will contact you by phone or text message when 5 minutes away, so you can be prepared. Enjoy your Meds!
