Q) Do you Lab Test the products you offer through your delivery service?
A) Absolutely! As we want our patients to have the highest quality of medications; Wings of Wellness only works with Vendors who have qualified; lab-tested products and follow all of the CA State packaging requirements.

Q) Will my Medical Marijuana Recommendation Exempt me from the Sales Tax?
A) There is some wrong information in the market and we’d like to clarify that for you: Members who have a verified California Government-Issued MMIC card (Medical Marijuana Identification Card) are eligible to claim a Sales Tax exemption on all of their purchases. To obtain this card, you will need to contact your local government’s Health Department to apply for it (usually each County has its own Health Department). If you already have an MMIC card, please contact us to activate your exemption.

In accordance with California State Law, a standard medical marijuana recommendation does not qualify for a sales tax exemption.

Q) I am visiting from a different Country/State; May I still purchase at your location?
A) We only accept patients who are 18 years old or older with a valid government-issued photo ID and a California Medical Marijuana recommendation. Medical Recommendations issued outside of California are not accepted. However, if you aren’t a patient yet, this is the best time do it. We can help you to get a CA Medical Recommendation, just reach us out and we will be glad to guide you.

Q) What is your return policy?
A) We offer 100% Replacement for any factory defective cartridges/disposables/vapes within 24 hours of purchasing. Replacement is for the same product received. No cash return as all sales are final.

Q) Will I be able to schedule a delivery?
A) YES! You can always reach out to us if you will be having a busy day so we can schedule your delivery for a specific time and/or date.

Q) How much Cannabis may I legally purchase in 1 Day?
A) Any patient 18 years old or older with a Medical Marijuana Recommendation may purchase the following in a single day from a licensed retailer:

• Up to 8 ounces of medicinal cannabis in the form of dried mature flowers or the plant conversion of 8 ounces of medicinal cannabis (such as in the form of concentrate).
• Up to 12 immature cannabis plants.

Q) Can my caregiver purchase my medication for me?
A) Absolutely! A medicinal cannabis patient with a medical recommendation or a patient’s primary caregiver can purchase medicinal cannabis on behalf of the patient with a medical recommendation.

Q) Can employers and/or others access my medical marijuana recommendation or ID card information?
No, the state ID card system has safeguards to protect patient’s privacy. Patient names and addresses are not kept in the state’s database: the only information retained is a personal photo and ID number. The privacy of medical records is protected by federal HIPAA laws. However, if you’re drug tested, a medical marijuana recommendation won’t protect you for a positive result as the California Supreme Court ruled that employers can discriminate against medical marijuana users.
